A UNIQUE microclimate
Our estate is located in the lush surroundings of the city of Astros in
the South East Peloponnese an area which has a long tradition in the
cultivation of olives due to its unique microclimate .
The trees all face to the east and south to catch the early mornin g sun and then soak up the midday sun. They gently cool as the sun sets behind the mountains.
OUR GROVE
Our olive grove of 13.000 olive trees of the Kalamata variety cover an area of 100 acres.
Our olives are handpicked from the tree at full ripening (October to January) when the color is dark purple to black and are immediately transferred to our state of the art facilities for processing.

We are applying best practices, the wisdom of tradition and the latest in science at all stages in production.
Once handpicked, the olives are transferred to tanks located four meters under the ground achieving perfect – stable temperature conditions for optimum
natural fermentation.
We offer exceptional olive quality, in terms of taste, texture, and aroma.
